    If you "think" you have a bad maf and planning to swap it.. Try this first it is 100% free...
    Egr delete
    KN filter
    Remap
    Maf flow clean up
    Back muffler delete
    De-flappy

    Thats fine by me it's your car and you can do what you like to it and I'm not telling you otherwise.

    I personally think cleaning the maf has given you the result. Removing the part you have removed would make no difference if the sensor was defective. The sensor was obviously working and this was not the cure to your problem. Your welcome to your own opinion and I to mine.
