    Remap or tuning box.IMO remap is the one to go for

    my mates got a tuning box he said i can have it what about filter an de cat??

    Yes the decat can help the car be more responsive, might be a bit noisier though and some members use an performance filters but
    personally I'm staying away from them as I've heard the oil used on some of these filters can play havoc with the MAF.

    why whats wrong with the plug in box's do they do damage?? and is that all you can do i wanna make a really fast derv

    i jus sold a really fast 200sx

    I would recommend a remap, as opposed to a tuning bix, tuning boxes are too generic for my liking, whereas a decent remap is specific to your car.

    It depends on how far you want to go, and how much you have to spend on tuning.

    So far i've had a decat, remap and freeflow exhaust. Dont need to worry too much about the volime on the exhaust, they dont get as loud as a similiar sized petrol engine, and dont tend to sound "raspy"either.

    I'm still trying to figure out which intercooler to go for, as want to upgrade from standard.
