Apologies for jumping on the thread but if i got mine running ok i too would be interested although i am in differnt part of the uk.

Are the gains the same a a remap from you TheEnd? I.e 13bhp and 20lb ft torque or similar?

Mine is a 2003 320ci manual if that makes any difference.

    Many Thanks
    Lloyd

It;s the same engine and ECU type, so the gains / estimates will be the same, 13-15bhp would be more accurate, engines have variations, and even dynos will swing between power estimates over a couple of runs.

Slightly more expensive again, at £290 as It looks like about an extra 80 miles on the round trip, although if you near Birmingham and can drop in, it'd be £225 with the forum discount.

How long does it take to remap the car? I'm passing Birmingham next week.

It can take about an hour to do, so if you have a clear 1-2 hours, or can make the time, you'll be on for the £225 price.
It'd certainly make more sense to make a slight detour and a coffee break than separate journeys anyway.

Advantage of this is you can feel how it is on your way to Enda and then feel the difference on your way back

Where abouts in Birmingham are you? I'm going to Swindon so will be going down the m6/m5.

I'm by J5 of the M6, but you would need to come off at J6 as J5 is a restricted junction for the northern side (ie no exit to, or from the north, but fine for getting back on track heading south)

Postcode is B24 0HJ, if you want to look into route planning.
I'll make a brief note for that day and keep it clear, and closer to the time just send me a PM or give me a shout.
