Hi everyone, I'm new here so bear with me....I have just purchased a 2003 Z4 2.5i SMG. Wouldn't mind a little more power? Has anyone here re-mapped the 2.5 engine? Is it worth it?......

I doubt that a remap will give you any more power that can be noticed on the road, waste of money, use the sport button instead.

I've done a few of these now. They all get good gains considering it's a normally aspirated engine. Typically we aim to get between 15-18bhp and 18-22Nm torque extra. The real difference is that it revs easier & has a better throttle response and the power just seems to keep coming. So in my opinion it is worth doing.
If you want to give me a call on 07738236577 and we can have a further chat about it.
    Cheers,
    Darren
