DON'T DIY!!! Honestly, it's not worth the hassle. Unless you have a reasonably well equipped garage i'd take it to a fast fit exhaust place and ask them to fit it. Shouldn't cost more than an hours' labour. I've done a couple and both have been a 'mare, seized bolts, access under the car and if your outside it's bloody freezing. Just my opinion but for the sake of £30-£40 versus the hassle factor i'd use a fast fit place every time.

well, i fitted this today, on my drive on a pair of ramps, was,nt too bad, could have done with a ratchet spanner though, cant beleive how many covers/sheilds there are underneath it sounds loads better, not took it for a drive yet though.

Well done mate, i've done two cars and both were a complete bitch with seized bolts. I tried a blow lamp with little success, ended up using a hacksaw to cut one bolt off. I used stainless bolts to fit the new exhaust so hopefully it will be a little easier if it ever needs to come off again.
You won't be disappointed with the car, mine revs so freely now it's brill.
