Hi there I have owned my compact for over 6 months now and am considering making some improvements which will improve the performance of the car.

i have been thinking air filters, induction kit, remap, but would like to hear other peoples opinions and to see what else may be available (if anything). with a remap i know i wont see major gains because of my 2 litre engine but will i still see fuel efficiency gains?

    thanks

A remap is definitely the way forward

You may not gain massive bhp but you will most definitely notice an increase in response and torque

hello mate, thanks for the advice. one other question if i can, with a remap is it true that you have to remap a car every so often because the ECU ends up overwriting the the new remap data and setting everything back to default?
