To be on the safe side check your wheel nuts are all tight.

I had a similar noise but mine was more of a knocking noise. It turned out to be the rear trailing arm bush.

Get someone you trust to drive it, with you in the rear. You'll be nearer the scene of the crime, and have time and attention to really focus on the source of the sound.

as the springs compress (ie under acceleration) they will naturally try and twist in their seats.
the seats are made of rubber, so that could be your creaking...try some 3 in 1 around the spring bottoms...not wd40 as the solvent may attack the rubber.
    what i've felt,what i've known
never shined through in what i've shown.

Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. Might be worth taking it back to the place that did the alignment and ask them to have a quick look. There's no need to go in all guns blazing and a decent teccy should be happy to help.

i did happen to tighten the rear bolts ever so slightly, the noise has gone but!
i have to take back to northeastern as the cars steering wheel is slightly off centre and it pulls a little to the left!, also had a puncture repair on the front tyre, and they have put a little metal silver dust cap on the valve instead of the black plastic 1 it had on!, looks daft and is only deep enough for half the thread
