I have no reason to believe that a spring has ever snapped on the car either as the ones I took out when I fitted the eibach springs were both in excellent condition and were OEM with BMW tags on..

Only thing I can see causing the lean is a bent ARB so I can tempted to buy another one.. theres actually one off a 320td compact for £23 inc P&P so may be worth a go! would then have to get powerflex bushes for it aswell and would all soon add up..so if it didn't resolve my issue i'd be well p*ssed off!!
heve you ever tried to undo the arb at both ends to see if the cars stanse changes?

fao paddy, what are the bushes like to fit on the anti roll bar, do they slide on, or are they in 2 halves? that pull together with the bracket?

I fitted some yesterday-they are one pice but have a side thats split(my way of describing it)that all holds together when the bracket is tightened-I'll post a pic

the rear ones are virtually the same-just a bit smaller

To be honest I only put them on yesterday along with powerflex wishbone bushes and E30 wishbone arms and yes its made the car completely different BUT as I changed all these parts I can't say if its one thing or the combination of them all.Car is transformed though.Steering is much more responsive-excellent stuff Although its an E36 not E46 also to take into account

Sorry to drag up an oldie but goldie and i'm sure vauxfan wont mind.....

BUT...mine appears to have a rear antil roll bar of 20mm. Oddness.com

I measure with vernier callipers too, so it is right. Should i get the 21.5 or the 19mm polys?????

Or at £5.51 do i buy new OEM ones?
