well my car is weird on camber changes and uneven road surfaces, so after 6 months of eibachs and poly bushes, i decided to check alignment again, well all is pretty much lined up apart from front drivers camber is massively out!!!the wheel angles inwards as far as the dial to the left would go!
Well i noticed that when i fitted the springs that the pins in the top mounts that go in to the strut tops were missing, so i aligened them where i thought they were, so i had a look while the car was there and saw the 3 bolts were infact over 1 cm out compared to the other side which was ok!
i have now reset the strut in the mount as per other side! as most of you will know the missing pins are usually broken off on purpose on m3s or race cars so that camber can be adjusted more fine-ly. any way will take car out later and see if it feels any better!
ps the missing pins will give you about a cm to 1 1/2cm or top movement!
