BMW tuners in the UK I'd say Thorney http://www.thorneymotorsport.co.uk/

Otherwise seeing as Cosworth is more of a Uber tuner then it would be more like AC Schnitzer for BMW

i'm trying to find what mods work best for my 323ci, was told to put the throttle bodie and inlet manifold off a 325, but then i was told this is only on the e36, not the e46!, the only things i seen to know are that the e36 325 was an iron block, were as the 323 and 328 were both alloy blocks with the inlet and tb off the restriced 320 model!
So what exacty can i do to make my 323 have the 192bhp i'm after.
So far nobody seems to be able to point me in a tried and tested general direction.

Well I'd change the exhaust first off as it's a single pipe arrangement, also I will look into the tuning best options for you

IIRC the early 323's use the M52TU and the later 325 the M54B25.
