Im a bit of a novice where bmws are concerned, i love my car to bits but it scares me to death when theres slightest bit of water on the road, especially at higher speeds, car semms to swerve side to side, does anyone else encounter this problem??

my back end is lively on the same car only have ASC on ours not the full DSC as that came out a year of so later should only go from side to side under hardish acceleration though, have a look what tyres you have on and hiow close to the limit they are as i have some tyres on mine that are fine in the dry but in the wet there pants going to get some falken 452's on asap

Yes extremely lively, my tyres are fine also in the dry but naff when wet, i do a lot of motorway travelling and once get over 70mph i hit the slightest bump and it begins to sway. And to top it all off my airbag light and the warning triangle has come on all in the same journey!
