Considering the "best bang for your buck" factor I wouldn't recommend it. Read from a few users of a few HP's being released but nothing major considering the cost.

Would do the other stuff like a remap and m50 manifold first!

Slight gain maybe, it's usually left as one of the last things to do.

If your desperate for maybe 3hp then why not but I just dont think its worth it.

If they cost say £225, thats £75 per hp.

328i engine you could get an m3 head with cams.

I got offered an m3 head the other day for £300 delivered with the vanos unit cams and everything else needed.

    Then sell yours on!

    Worth a go maybe?

m3 head won't go on mine due to it being a nv.

I looked into a set for my E39 - the place the made them pointed out they only gave a benefit at 6000rpm - and it was something like 4 or 5 bhp.

    Just not point really.
    E39 M inspired
