    Hi guys,
does antiroll bar with bigger diameters makes the handling better(sharper) and stiffer?

for instance if my antiroll bar for rear is 12mm and i move on to 20mm would i see a signiificant improvement?

    thanks in advance

yes will keep you car more level when cornering and i have been told that if you car tramlines because of wide tyres it will help with that as well

the best description i can give is when you are on the mway and change lanes you feel a slight pull on the steering wheel as if the wheels want to go in different directions or as if you are stuck in some wheel ruts and its following them like a tram would

Agree with the above mate!! Honestly ARB's seem to be something that everyone over looks and they do make a difference!!

Helps with steering response, level the car in cornering and depending on what sizes you go they are induce more over/understeer.

    For me ARB options are:

    Eibach or H&R

if i remember correctly the E36 318iS coupe has a 19mm rear anti roll bar, so fitting this will make an improvement
    going a bit off topic
the front anti roll bar on the 318iS is 26mm, the 328i is 25mm and the M3 is 21mm
i know that the M3 anti roll bar connects directly to the shock absorber where as the others connect to the wishbone
does any one know why the reduce the size for the bigger engined models, it seems a bit strange
    loud-low-slow-project
