If you could send me the email for the purchase of the manifold kit? Would be very grateful

Also do you have a link to an example of the US spec M3 cams? prices etc?
Just so I know what to look for.

Man its not going to be fun finding this lol. When I ever get round to it!
www.bmsport.com - A BMW tuning specialist (in Kent) can do the whole conversion. Manifold, throttle body, all gaskets/fittings and a remap for £900 plus VAT.

They expect a more 'real' gain of 25 - 35 BHP.

Well I have a mechanic who does work for me very cheap £10 an hour, so it will probably be more beneficial for me to find the parts and get him to do it

    Then go for the remap.
Do you know how much they charge just for a remap?

Thanks for all your help !

    PM sent

US m3 cams can be found in the states on BMW forums second hand for approx $300 plus $80 shipping
    plus labor to fit them

A diff from a 325 or m3 is a 3,15 ratio so will improve acceleration over the standard 323/328 ratio of 2,93 motorway rpms will increase by about 400rpm at 70mph - a cheap upgrade
    The m3 has LSD also
