I have added the dyno graphs to my albums in my profile for everyone to see if they wish? I gave up trying to post them directly in a thread

The car produced 196.6 bhp maximum but the more consistant average was 195.4 bhp. The car is running lean but I am getting that looked into at the moment

I am very happy with the results

I'm taking it that you've done the M50 manifold conversion then 195 is good for a 323 with the conversion...any other mods you've done to it?

Thank you, I have a K&N induction ( shielded ), stainless manifold, sport cat, scorpion back box and a remap. The only shame is I didnt have a clue what the power was when she was stock?

Yes I have done the M50 conversion

Thank you very much Steve, I was hoping to break the 200 mark . I am still very happy though, I am going to take her for another dyno once I have the air/fuel ration sorted out.

If its running slightly lean, It will lose power. Once you get that sorted im sure you will hit 200bhp.
Just a quick question, was the remap done before or after the manifold conversion?

a stock 323 should be running around 170hp...have you had it remapped after all the other mods? This should push it well over the 200 mark

I wasnt sure if maybe it would lose a bit of power over the yrs and whether it would have been dead on 170bhp from the factory? I had it mapped after all the mods

Thats good then. The mappers should have compensated for the extra airflow over the stock inlet manifold. Maybe 325i injectors would give that little bit extra....
