Has anyone fitted one to a 323?

If so - any good? Where did you get it from?

I have contacted Turner Motorsport in the US but their kit does not fit the Euro spec 323i. Any other suggestions?

You change the pulley wheels on the alternator, water pump and power steering pump in order to "under drive" them - this then reduces the power drawn from the engine to run these components and frees up more to go to the wheels.

You need a pulley and belt kit but I can only find US suppliers.

As far as I am aware the gains are very minimal for the amount of effort and a alot of people say its a waste of time and effort. The main benefit I can see is the reduced wear on the components and less stress on the engine when cruising.

I looked into them for my 523 - i spoke with the supplier in America who informed me i'd get something like 6-8hp gain only above 6Krpm though.

    I gave them a miss.
