That looks pretty cool, the pipe that juts out the side, is that blanked off or does it connect to anything?

I would of had a guess at some sort of MAF sensor? Universal one?

The blue hose I would say is something for a breather..... but again I think it will be for another model?

Well, I just got the induction kit (same as StK's) and i am still confused.

This is my engine bay, well the intake side anyway...

I would appear to have a MAF and some other stuff there that StK does not...

I still cannot see anything that will go it the pipe that juts out the side, can anyone enlighten me before i send it back?

I have done a similar thing. It stops the wires chafing against the strut top...

Having seen RJB328i's thread on his induction kit, looks like if you get the kit of the bay you need to get the pipe that juts off the side blocked as that is for an earlier varient of the motor...

Hopefully a 25mm (according to my measuring tape) ally bung will do the job with a bit of persuasion and suitable adhesive

Hopefully the bung will get here before the weekend and i can get it all fitted I want to hear that 6 pot roar lol
