    hello just bought a 97 328i heard first thing to do is to change inlket manifold just wondering to which one seen a couple on ebay how would you tell the difference or where else can i get them from cheers peter

    The M50 manifold conversion has been covered on here a fair bit if you do a search. You need to fit the earlier M50 2.5 manifold to your 2.8 M52 and it should give you about 15-20bhp.

    It's not a straight fit and needs a bit of modification. You can buy a pre-modified manifold. The email address of the guy who modifies them is alpina527@aol.com. Feel free to let him know that we recommended him.
