As above really, i know re mapping works wonders on a diesel, BUT is it worth it on a petrol? Any of you guys/girls had your petrol engine re mapped and your verdict please?

    Sure I asked before BUT a 97 325

Yes its worth it.Have you had a look at Mistreku's posts about having his chipped?Steve23002 has also had his chipped...it sorts out any flat spots and improves throttle response...as to adding HP well that it debateable and can only be answered by a rolling road with before and after

Yep you did lol, it was origanly a 318 'vert, BUT has had an M50 325i conversion , i'm guessing with a re map, induction kit (with heat sheild of course) i would be looking at roughly 200-210 bhp?

I would say possibly 200hp but I wouldn't put money on that...Maybe if you do all the stuff Mistreku has done to his you would see 210.Maybe more You'd also need to check what your car has now.

Would need a chip rather than a remap
