like i said my mate fitted the m50 straight on to his m52 engine it all line up with the head but he had to make brackets for the pas bottle the dip stick and the manifold so what im asking is what is the differance with your manifold i understand you tb and asc are enlarged engineered bits but i dont understand the differance between the getting a manifold and letting my mate fit it and make brackets or getting one spending £175 with you and it still fitting whats the differance with your one i have seen my mates car done he works for a bmw dealer as a master tect he only made the brackets as he did not reliase he would need then till it was in bits and by that time to late to see if any O E parts where availible

The kit is £400 not £500. Or £175 if you don't want the bodies and supply the donor manifold.
do you do these kits for the 325 tds or do you know anybody that does?

Here is a pic of the oem M52 setup

Here is the properly modified M50 manifold with everything in exactly the same place as it should be.

Yes, the standard m50 body is the same size as the m52, but the one that I supply is bigger than both.
