TBH its not so straight forward a swap...The manifold does need fabrication in order for it to fit without airleaks.
The guy to speak to would be forum member alpina527 as he can supply the properly fabricated kit to fit wothout any leaks etc

Thats a good link and TBH I haven't tried the conversion myself...cause I already have a 325i M50 engine ....I have heard of people retrofitting it like in the link but have had airleak problems so to be on the safe side I recommend alpina527 however if you are confident with doing the fabrications then I would say go for it...With alpina527 I am offering a hassle free solution

Does the kit on ebay include a bigger throttle body, bigger asc body, pas relocation bracket, throttle body adaptor plate, and a properly converted manifold?

The kit is £400 not £500. Or £175 if you don't want the bodies and supply the donor manifold.
