    Hi,

I was told by the previous owner that my e36 '94 318is might be chipped as apparantly 'she seems to have a little more go' than a standard (lighter) e30 318is. Its my first beemer, so i cant really compare it to anything from experience.

Anyways, where is the ecu board located, in order to check? Im guessing if the chips anywhere, itll be on there?

    Cheers

The ECU is located behind a plastic cover screwed on the bulkhead behind the fusebox in the engine bay..

ECU is located in this compartment (top of picture, just to left of fuse box)
