i'd like to try a decat possibly by milltek.does anyone know this setup? is the milltek decat section compatible fitment wise with other makes of backbox etc?
I bought a Milltek decat section and had a lengthy discussion with them before purchasing.

The Decat will fit standard front pipes AND rear section. With this in mind it WILL fit any other aftermarket rear section as they are designed to mate up to genuine items

I was going to fit mine to standard front pipes and Scorpion rear section but due to finances it is currently being advertised in the For Sale forum

hey nice one, company looks excellent, great quality.love your 335 also, think i almost prefer the 335 to the current m3. has very unfussy lines and looks nice from any angle.large bore pipes look cool on yours as well....
anyway thank you to mark and all other members that chimed in. best regards, andrew.

I was deciding between Eisenmann and Supersprint recently as well and went with Supersprint for a couple of reasons:
    • CA Automotive (the UK distributor for Eisenmann) were crap to deal with (long story! LOL! - but in essence - The Eisenmann system for my car has shit tailpipe designs and CA were telling me that Eisenmann did not make the exhaust with the tailpipes I wanted... this was AFTER I sent them on pictures of a car with the design I wanted! - and contrary to what they state on their website! - so if they couldn't be arsed checking or making arrangements with Eisenmann then I couldn't be arsed giving them my business! LOL!
    • Supersprint has dyno proven gains (all systems are developed on a dyno for individual applications) and are stock'ish' quiet most of the time (i.e. at idle and pootling around)
    • I got a good deal on the Supersprint from Darren at Motormec and their customer service was a lot better than CA Automotive (they actually came across as wanting my business and were friendly and knowledgeable)
    • I also found out whilst looking for an exhaust that Hamann exhausts are all rebadged Supersprints (except dearer! ) as they contract Supersprint to make the exhausts on their behalf!

And by a strange co-incidence my new exhaust just arrived today!! - I just need to get it fitted now!!
