Who are you going to have it done with?

B&W chiptune do it for £200 IIRC..A moderator here had his chipped and has been very happy with the results...Don't think he got 13bhp extra but has said that the throttle response is very much improved and no flat spots

Hi mate, I just bought a chip from a Guy in the Czech Republic for the massive sum of £18, arrived within 1 week and i fitted it yesterday morning, Very happy with the result, Yet to have it tested on a rollling road but the change is obvious plus it now rev's higher Was not expecting much tbh but thought for £18 I would just throw it away and put the old one back in if there were any problems. Not sure if you can post links on here but PM me if your still after one.

Drop this guy an email. You'll need to know your ecu part number which is on its label & you'll need to let him know whether you've got a vanos engine or not. i got one for my 1990 non vanos e34 520i after contacting him to confirm & it's transformed my car. Only thing is, you'll need to fit it yourself or get someone else to fit. I fitted mine myself though I'd picked up a cheap secondhand ecu off ebay & modified it so I could then just swap them over & still have my original one should I ever need it.
