hi lads Rhys here from Ireland Im new here but a long time member on bmw-driver.net

bought a 02 318i 2l a few weeks ago the problem is a bad flat spot between 1-2rpm pulls ok after that but not what it should be

brought the car to a very good bmw Indy he plugged it in checked every thing no faults what so ever my head is melted tryin to fix this it's ruining the drive of the car it feels like shit

when you start the car from cold it seems to rev a lot better and does"t seem to a flat spot there but comes in a min or so

any help with this would be so great and i would love you for ever as no one seems to no

thanks in advance and looking forword to getting to no ye all

Maf doesn't always give fault codes, it will have stored one when you unplugged it though
