i have 19" csl wheels staggerd and i have just notice that under load it scraps abit, the wheels have been designed for the e-46 so you dont need to get the arches rolled. do i need to get new springs or shocks for the rear or is this normal in a coupe :confused
We have the exact same wheels, I have had 3 people in the back of mine mate and i cant say ive ever felt them rub, and there is no sign of any rubbing marks on the tyres from the arch.
As far as i remember these are the size's
19x8.5" et38 front and wider deeper 19x9.5" et45 rear's.
they are the size of the wheels that bishop has said, i have looked and cant find any rubbing,it only happens when you go over a bump. do you think it could be the bump stops?
I was running 255's on the back of my old E36. They didnt rub at all, then they started rubbing when the rear trailing arm bushes were worn. I would get these checked out first if they have never rubbed before...:thumbsup
