engine turning ok but not sounding right?...can you explain in more detail?
what checks have you done so far?...checked for fuel and a spark?
PLEASE READ THE POSTING RULES & HOW TO CORRECT THREAD TITLES & THE SELLING RULESits not on a 1/4 by any chance is it?? could be the tank jet pump problem when its faulty you run out of fuel while still showing a quarter..
or could be your main tank fuel pump not running or sucked up muck etc..

get a trouble code scan prolly be fuel related trouble codes stored at the least..
Sounds like your battery is goosed.
That sounds like a classic flooding to me, moving the car a short distance when cold means the rich mixture leaves a layer of coke in the cylinder, if you don't leave it running to burn this off at the next cold start this coke tends to soak up the fuel and wet the plugs.
Try removing the fuel pump fuse and cranking the car until it starts to fire and refit the fuse.
If that does not work repeat the above and remove and dry the plugs as well.
