Hi, I'm new to this forum having just joined today but I'm in desperate need of some help on trying to bypass the immobiliser on my 1996 BMW e36 318i tourer. Had to disconnect the battery for getting work done for going through an MOT and when the battery was reconnected the car won't start. The lights, radio etc work and the car cranks but it won't start. The computer fitted says that it's the immobiliser so I need to know how to bypass it please if anyone can help, car's been off road now for 5 weeks and I'm desperate to get it back. Thanks

Probably best not to let everyone know how to steal a car.

Being as this is your first post i highly doubt that anyone is going to help you on this one. Your best bet would be to get an auto electrician who knows his way with BMW immobiliser systems, he/she should be able to sort it very easily.

    Yeah. Sorry mate..

No immobilser info will be given out on here. Best off following LGB's suggestion and speak to an auto electrician...

    Hope you get it sorted...
