    Hi, began searching E90 . Not sure which engine is the best ? How much I should pay for it ? Looking around 2005-2008 years. most interested in petrol engines Here is few ads : BMW 3 SERIES 2.0 320d SE 4dr
    BMW 3 SERIES 2.0 320i SE 4dr
    BMW 3 SERIES 2.0 318i SE 4dr

    i wouldnt choose any go for the better 325 model

    I know 325 is good engine but insurance will be very expensive for me and my budget is limited I can pay up to 3000£ or around.

    id go with the e90 320d then some good ones about now £4000+

    It depends on condition and how the vehicle was maintained.

    Like any vehicle if it has been ragged regardless of mileage or year it will come up with some sort of expenditure.

    Where I can check cars accidents online? So you as well calling for 2,0d? I saw two or three types of 2,0 engine, important which one or can buy any?

    Shame you can't go for the 6 cylinder engine..the 323, 325, 328 & 330 all have Awesome engines...4 cylinder BM's just arn't as smooth & fun to drive..!!
