i know, i know - do a search, and i have, and learned a little, but got a bit snowed under too..

last week, the bluetooth symbol disappeared from the radio display, no biggie, phone never rings much anyway. when i got a moment, i reconnected the phone. then, a few days ago i got the radio cutting out every few seconds - bad enough with radio 4/speech programmes but very annoying with CDs. did a search here, had a play with the radio/phone settings. i get the - - symbol now. if i press the button enough times and swear at it, the phone symbol reappears for a second then the radio comes back on again. i'm not really bothererd about bluetooth - i don't want to have faff around with the MILF thing or whatever it's called - sounds expensive - do i have to replace the bluetooth unit just to hear uninterrupted music ever again?
replies in not too teccy english please..

    ok, to update this...

the radio interruption was driving me sodding mad, so i unplugged the blootoof unit thing in the boot, i don't have hands free any more [which i have probably used about a dozen times all the time i've owned the car..], but can have uninterrupted music.
