Looks nice, I was thinking of doing similar on my 325D, are you going to new discs/pads before you remap ? I might replace my front Wishbones too as the bushes are known to wear down...

Ah ncie, the bushes like I said can wear I want poly bushes on mine but can't seem to find any suppliers. Mintex do a good Front brake set Discs & Pads for £110 all in and there good as had them on my old E46 320D, I am trying to get mine all good because I may do the Nurburgring in the Summer they say Brakes/Tyres/Suspension are a must. Also you keeping your DPF on the remap ?

Same be interesting what they remap yours too power wise, mines not so good being 325D but same engine as yours M57 might try coding the DPF out or get it working better as it's a sod to get the engine hot enough to activate DPF regen.
