Please can someone enlighten me as to how much the e90 rack ends need shortening by,
When used in conjunction with e46 arms and modded hubs?

    Thanks :-)

Not sure how its an upgrade if you have to cut them down?

What is the spec difference to provide any benefit #notconvinced lol

EDIT: If you do want to cut them down for the E36, I would measure both old & new parts side by side for accuracy.

i bought a thread cutter and extended the threads but there was no need. the mark is where i cut it and it worked fine with my e46 bottom arms on my e36

i fitted e46 bottom arms to my e36 compact to widen the track and the e36 rod ends are not long enough to fit into the new arms hence the e90 longer rack ends but they are too long and need cutting down
